The Stamford Fire & Rescue Department regrets to announce the passing of active member Sean Gage. Sean passed away suddenly at his home on May 1, 2010.  Sean was a Firefighter assigned to Engine 2, Group 2. Funeral arrangements to be announced.

The written exam for Firefighter which was scheduled for April 10th has been rescheduled to Saturday, June 5th. Further information, including the Study Guide, will be sent to all applicants by early May.
