Structure Fire on Myano Court

A Rapidly Extending Fire Was Contained Within Minutes of Arrival

[Stamford, Connecticut] – At approximately 10:40 PM on Saturday, July 25, 2026, Stamford firefighters responded to a report of a structure fire at 41 Myano Court. Firefighters from the West Side Fire Station arrived on scene in less than four minutes and found a large and rapidly spreading fire in an end unit of building containing 6 apartments.

The fire involved an exterior deck and was extending along an exterior wall and into the second floor and attic space. Firefighters immediately attacked the fire and were able to place it under control within 17 minutes of arrival. The fire was contained to the apartment of origin.

Stamford Emergency Medical Services and the Stamford Police Department provided assistance at the scene.

There were no injuries to residents or firefighters.

The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Stamford Fire Marshal’s Office.
